At Badminton World, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your racket, shoes, or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been used or re-strung.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
